Very bad customer service, called to complain about not been any meat in the soup and one of the lady response was that she personally added meat when clearly there was not even one piece just bones. The lady i spoke too was very rude with a bad attitude arguing with me and making me feel like a liar, like i have time to be lying about £4 soup kmt after spending £41 in total. The saddest thing was that i over heard her colleagues telling her that she should just say to me that they will give me something next time; it’s so shameful how she reacted they need to get rid of that one lady with attitude before she brings the business down.

Placed an order on the phone at 4pm and asked for delivery at 5pm. The food came at 6pm. Was shocked when I saw the food as it did it look good at all. The fried chicken had a weird smell and was hard, definitely not cooked that day I even believe it was gone off due to the smell, Tye piece of chicken I received also looked like it didn’t get a thorough clean too. The jerk chicken didn’t resemble “jerk” and didn’t taste nice at all and again not fresh. The white rice was okay along with the steam vegetable. Waste of money and I’m still hungry as I can’t eat it.

Mixed. Staff and service was good. We had a large order and the staff were patient with us, food was prepared fresh and relatively quickly for the amount we ordered. The place was busy too which is a good sign. We ordered the saltfish dumpling and chicken patty while we waited and both were delicious. Rice and peas, BBQ chicken wings and fried fish were superb. BBQ sauce was a little on the sweet side but I don't mind that. Fried fish was the BEST! However I was most disappointed by the curry chicken. Also the macaroni cheese and the prawns were a no for me. Prawns were overcooked, shell on and still had the eggs which meant they weren't clean enough for me and the mac pie and curry lacked flavour. Some things I loved, others I hated. I think if you knew what you liked off the menu then it's fine for a local spot but most Caribbean people could do better at home.

Not good , food was dry, chicken tuff and old, rice & peas stale and about 2 spoonful the rest was just cabbage! For £9 I feel robbed. All went in the bin. NEVER AGAIN, will Cool breeze get my custom 😌

Love this place, the atmosphere is very nice, food is just your mother made it. I highly recommend breakfast, brunch, and dinner. They also do from your Herbal Teas and chocolate to all types of Coffees., even cold drinks!
